30-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your Ladder Pants must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- Free from damage caused by installation or misuse
- Returned in the original packaging whenever possible
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Warranty & Manufacturing Defects
Ladder Pants are built for professional use using durable materials and quality workmanship.
If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us with photographs and a description of the issue. We will evaluate each warranty claim individually and, where appropriate, repair or replace the product.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, or improper installation.
Custom Orders
Custom-branded or personalized Ladder Pants are manufactured specifically for each customer and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or contain a manufacturing defect.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or colour, simply contact us. We'll help arrange the fastest and most convenient exchange possible.
Refunds
Once your returned product has been received and inspected, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
