Current Production Status
Ladder Pants are currently available by pre-order.
As we begin production, please allow approximately 6–8 weeks for manufacturing and shipment of your order.
We appreciate your patience as we build each order to our quality standards.

We currently ship throughout:
- Canada
- United States
If you're located outside Canada or the U.S., please contact us to discuss shipping options.
Order Processing
Once your order has been completed, it will be carefully packaged and shipped using one of our preferred carriers.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Carriers
Orders may be shipped using:
- Canada Post
- UPS
- Purolator
- FedEx
The carrier selected will depend on your destination and the most efficient shipping option available.
Estimated Delivery Times
After your order has shipped:

- 2–8 business days
United States
- 5–10 business days
Please note that these are estimated transit times and do not include the current manufacturing lead time.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and package size.
Fleet orders or multiple-unit purchases may qualify for preferred shipping rates.
Damaged Shipments
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your shipment arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, contact us within 5 business days and include photographs of the product and packaging whenever possible.
